Our Baby is Growing Up

We went for Jacob's twelve month check up this past week! I absolutely cannot believe it. He was 31 inches tall (90%), 23 pounds 5 ounces (75%), and his head was 19 (90%). Needless to say, he is still a big boy! He is slowing down a little bit in weight though. Originally, we were off the charts in everything! :)

I have been looking back over the past year a lot lately. I cannot imagine what life was like before we had this perfect angel come into our lives! It seems like just yesterday I was pregnant and these were taken...

Then, before we knew it, it was time! Looking back at this now, it still amazes me at how big I got! I guess not many people have a nearly ten pound baby though! Our angel was born on 9/9/08!

I hope you have enjoyed this journey with us! When Jacob was only 5 weeks old, we started this blog. A lot has happened since then, that's for sure. We have now come to the decision to make this blog private. I will continue to post often, because like I said, We're making books out of this so we can keep an account of our little man's (and others to come) life!
