Grant's Nursery

The only thing missing is sweet Grant! He will be here this week though, and we cannot wait!

I had originally picked out a brown and white bedding set, and Wayne's sweet Mama bought it for us. After I got it home, I decided I didn't love it enough to keep it. I ended up using Jacob's bedding, but I changed it up a bit. He had a sailboat themed room, and with the help of my mom we tweaked everything and got rid of the sailboats. I also put the mulah from the bedding to go towards the soft rug that Jacob refers to as a "pillow." This is currently my favorite room in the house. ;)

This first picture is his coming home outfit. I can't wait to see his precious self in it!

My mom made the curtains as well. She's so handy like that. I just pick stuff out, and she whips it up for me! :) Maybe one day I will be able to do for myself with a sewing machine...

And for those that don't remember, this crib means the WORLD to me. My Dad built it. My mom helped with the details, but it was built with my Daddy's hands. I will cherish this crib forever.

Well, we are down to the last few days. Prayers would be appreciated for Friday morning. I'm excited beyond words, but I'm also a little anxious. Just ready for our new lil man to get here. I can't wait to see what Jacob thinks. I was telling Wayne last night that I already feel so overwhelmed with joy just watching him and Jacob and knowing that they are mine. I am already one incredibly blessed woman. Friday my heart might just burst.
