A Few of My Favorite Things

I have never done a "favorite things" post, so I thought I would today! Actually, I guess it should be "My Favorite Baby Things." My life obviously revolves around this child, and I am surrounded by pregnant ladies who are always asking me what I like best. I did the same thing when I was pregnant, but you will soon find that everyone else's favorite might not be yours! So, here goes (in no particular order)...

1. Pacifiers

I have heard some people say that they are going to try to not give their babies pacifiers! My opinion is this, if it pacifies them, give it to them! Jman absolutely loves his! In fact, he sucks on them so hard that it leaves an imprint on his face. My favorites are Avent and Nuk. He takes both very well.

2. Alimentum

This stuff was our saving grace when Jman had colic! It is VERY expensive (about double the cost of regular formulas), but it was worth every penny! He was a drastically different baby when we put him on this. As of right now, we are on the formula merry go round again. The doc said we could try other things now because the colic should be over, but everything seems to upset his stomach. We might end up back on it forever! :(

3. Johnson's

We used these head to toe wash cloths when Jacob first came home. They are perfect when you have to sponge bath them! It makes the job a lot easier! I love Johnson's bedtime products! We use the wash and lotion at night. We use other Johnson's lotions during the day, but this one is incredible.

I love baby powder for three reasons....it keeps him drier, it smells good, and I love to see the smile on his face when I put it on him! Man, after all this, Johnson's should pay me for promoting them!

4. Carter's

Carter's has the cutest clothes at the best prices! I love little Polo and name brand clothes for him, but they can get expensive. He just outgrew a Polo outfit that he wore 3 times! When he's not growing as fast, I'll buy him some more. Until then, I'll stick to Carter's!

5. Pampers

I absolutely LOVE Pampers diapers! They are the softest ones out there. Most people told me they liked Huggies the best, so I bought up on them when I was prego. I ended up taking several back and swapping for Pampers. The Pampers Sensitive feel like cotton! I also love Pampers wipes...like the diapers, they are very soft!

6. Baby Papasan He absolutely LOVES this thing! For the first 2 1/2 months of his life, this is all we could get him to sleep in! We waisted money on a bassinet, and I never thought we would get him in his crib! Still to this day, if I need to get something done, it's the Papasan to the rescue! He even prefers this to his swing!

Well, this list could go on and on, but little man is waking up from his nap! Hope everyone is having a great week!
